How is my phone's price worked out?
Each model has a top price for a phone in perfect condition. Your answers about the screen, body, working parts and accessories adjust that price. The price is calculated on our server, so it is the same for everyone who gives the same answers.
Is doorstep pickup really free?
Yes. Pickup and inspection are free in all the areas we serve. There are no hidden travel or convenience charges.
When and how do I get paid?
On the spot. After our executive checks the phone (about 5 minutes), you choose UPI, bank transfer or cash. The money reaches you before you hand over the phone.
My phone does not switch on. Can I still sell it?
Yes. Choose “No” when we ask if the phone switches on and answer the other questions honestly. You will still get a price, and pickup is free.
How long is my price valid?
Your quote stays valid for 48 hours. If the phone's condition at pickup matches your answers, you get exactly that price.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes, in the cities we serve. Book before 2 PM and we can usually pick up the same day. Check your pincode on the price page.
